What is processed
Browsing this site requires no account and produces no record that identifies you on our side. Personal data reaches us only through the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number and the message itself. In addition, our hosting provider maintains an ordinary access log recording IP address, timestamp and browser identification.
Purpose and lawful basis
Form data is used for one purpose: replying to you. We rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — the interest in handling correspondence sent to us. Server logs rest on the same basis and serve site security and availability.
Recipients
The contents of a submitted form are transmitted through the Telegram Bot API so that the message reaches us in the Telegram application. That service is provided by Telegram Messenger and processing may occur outside the European Economic Area. Our hosting provider has technical access to the server. No other party receives the data. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
Retention
Messages are deleted once the exchange is complete, and no later than twelve months from the last contact. Hosting logs rotate automatically over a period of weeks.
Rights available to you
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. A message to the address above is enough; we reply within one month. Complaints may be made to the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28.
Younger readers
The site covers games with higher age ratings and is written for adults. We do not knowingly process data belonging to anyone under 16 and will erase such data if notified.
